TargetWords is a small PPC advertising network by the same network that runs PopUpSponsor. What makes them unique from most other PPC networks is the many styles of ads they have. They have text links, web search, domain parking, 404 pages, pop ups, and even targeted link directories you can integrate into your web pages.

According to the website, they pay between one and 8 cents a click. This is very low compared to Adsense and Yahoo Publisher Network. They also will not credit you earnings for clicks from many countries that don’t speak english primarily. The only reason I can think to use them, would be to try out their unique PPC styled ads.

Websites must be in English and adult material is not allowed. Payments are by check when you reach a $25 dollar balance. They also have a nice referral program giving 10% of your downline’s earnings. It will be tough keeping a downline long though with such low earnings.
