To recieve sponsored post or text link ad opportunities you must sign up for these options after you register an account. Then you wait for opportunities to come to you. They have 2 options on how much of the commission you want to get per transaction, 50/50 or a 70/30 split. The advantage with the 50/50 split is even though you only get half instead of 70% of the money, you should get a lot more opportunities. This is because Linkworth gives these accounts priority.
