I found a good site called BlogPolls, that requires no installation into the database of a poll in your blog. This is great for people who are on free blog host sites who don’t have databases. Just cut n paste a block of HTML and you have a poll on your site. One other thing that is great about this, is that you can also put in your Google Adsense code, so that it displays on the results page. So you can even make money off the poll itself. The best of all, it’s all free to use.
